Service Description

One-to-one session includes: Taking a detailed history using the symptom web checker which looks at your past medical history, stress, your genetic makeup, exercise, diet, sleep and your personal environment. This information is then used to look at your health in relation to the pillars of health in lifestyle medicine and to identify small changes or goals you may wish to make for your personalised health care plan to start making you feel better. Gaining an understanding around habit change and having my support to make small changes achievable.
