Service Description

Morning sessions lasting one hours, where I will cover: 9 May: How to manage stress and anxiety 16 May: The connection between food and our health 23 May: Ways to improve your health 30 May: Planning your healthcare Further suggested reading material will be provided, with the opportunity to have follow up one-to-one coaching sessions. Each session is £7 but if you book all 4 in advance, the cost will be £25.
